Q: When would you be able to come round and measure up and talk through designs and ideas?
A: Because a lot of people have busy lives with work or families I can arrange an evening or weekend which suits and fits into your busy schedules.
Q: What are the advantages of not having a shop or showroom?
A: It would be impossible to display all the ranges which are ready available and frequently new designs and trends are changing over time. Also 90% of our work comes from word of mouth, having no showroom and associated overheads means we can pass on the savings to you.
I basically bring my showroom to you in the comfort of your own home; I bring brochures, colour swatches, door samples, board finishes and worktop samples so you can match together and to see exactly what the finish would look like and if it suits your own living space. It’s also possible to keep hold of the samples to help aid you while you are choosing paint finishes and tiles.
Q: How much do your kitchens cost?
A: This is a question that’s always asked but a difficult one; there are so many different designs, materials and difference prices in appliances, it’s when a design and specification of all parts of the design have been worked through that we can price it. As a guide, we do kitchens from £4.500 to £20,000 and upwards.
Q: How long will the installation take?
A: Given the size and work involved in the installation usually between 1-2 weeks.
Q: If I want to go ahead with the design and place an order with you, what happens next?
A: I’ll come to your house to check that the full design and specification is what you want, arrange an installation date and take a deposit so that I can start ordering and manufacturing your furniture.
Q: What is the lead time for one of your kitchens?
A: All our furniture is cut and manufactured to order so can take from 3 to 6 weeks.
Q: What are your payment terms and schedule?
A: Our kitchen payment terms are 30% deposit on order, 40% on start of installation and 30% on completion. Our bedroom payment terms are 50% on order and 50% on completion.
